Recently Opposition Leader Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy ridiculed Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for living in rented premises. After two years, Chandrababu is going to enter his newly constructed home on 9th April at 9:15am at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. The construction of his old house is completed, after having had it demolished almost two years ago. The house is built using modern technology with a conference room, other amenities and has a parking capacity for 15to20 vehicles.
The five storey building has a library with Chandrababu’s rooms in the first floor while the second floor is reserved for his son Lokesh and grandson Devansh. The housewarming ceremony will be a closely-knit affair with only Nara and Nandamuri family in the invitees.
Chandrababu stayed in his old home for about 30years. In 2015, he purchased 1000square yards of land next to his old residence. After vacating his home for reconstruction, he rented a home in road number 10 Jubilee Hills, which as per the pundits was not in accordance to Vaasthu. So, he shifted to Kondapur. After spending four months there, subsequently he shifted to Amaravati.
The Chief Minister visits Hyderabad once a week or once in ten days to spend time with his family. He has rented a huge bungalow in the Andhra Pradesh capital region, and has been working from a temporary office in Vijayawada. He stays there at least five days a week. Now that Lokesh is inducted as minister, he will also start working from Velgapudi. Almost all AP ministers are camping in Vijayawada.
