Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Kiran Bedi appreciated Andhra Pradesh’s mega call centre for public grievance redressal. She termed the initiative as “maximum governance with minimum government” in a tweet. She said that every city in the country should have such system in place which can act as Master Communicator and energise the departments.
In an attempt to reduced corruption, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu launched the mega call centre called “Pariskara Vedika” which acts as a forum for grievance redressal-oriented to enable all the citizens to get transparent and approachable services.
