Ram Charan’s special diet for ‘VVR’
Megapowerstar Ram Charan’s upcoming movie ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is a typical commercial entertainer. As seen in the trailer, Ram Charan has beefed his muscle and also went shirtless.
The mega hero was trained by popular celebrity trainer Rakesh Udiyara. It was an intensive training that Charan had gone through and he had to follow strict diet for it.
Ram Charan’s wife Upasana has shared the diet plan of the mega hero. The day would start at 8 AM in the morning and Charan would take 3 egg white, 2 full eggs and ¾ cup of oats with almond milk. Then at 11:30 AM, one large cup of clear vegetable soup and at 1:30 PM, 200 grams of chicken breast, ¾ cup of brown rice and ½ cup of green vegetable curry. At 4 PM, 250 grams of grilled fish, 200 grams of sweet potato and ½ cup green vegetables. The last meal would at 6 PM which would consists of large mixed green salad, ¼ avocado and a bowl of nuts.
However, Ram Charan was advised 12 hours of fast but if at all he is hungry, he would feed himself with nut and raw veggies only between 8 AM to 6 PM.
Foods that Charan avoided are coffee, dairy products, red meat, wheat, sugar fruits. Protein food choices were lentils, tofu, fish, baked, boiled or poached chicken and the Carbohydrate choices were brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes. Vegetable choices were green beans, asparagus, broccoli but all these were meant to be consumed as steamed ones.
