It’s been two weeks since Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao returned to Hyderabad from his Tamil Nadu tour on December 15.
But KCR’s sudden trip to Tamil Nadu from December 13 to 15 has now set rumour mills abuzz over the ‘secret agenda’ behind the tour. KCR announced that he is visiting Tamil Nadu along with his family members to have darshan of Sriranganatha swamy in Srirangam temple.
KCR had darshan on December 13 and soon left to Chennai to meet Tamil Nadu CM Stalin.
He stayed at a five star hotel on December 13 night and met Stalin on December 14. He stayed in the same hotel on December 14 night.
Why did KCR meet Stalin all of a sudden and stayed in Chennai for two nights?
Speculations are rife that KCR sought Stalin’s cooperation to takeover former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha’s land in Kompally in Hyderabad abetting Nagpur highway.
Jayalalitha purchased this prime 13 acre land parcel in 1970s when she was acting in Telugu films.
This property is now worth over Rs 900 crore. Since Jayalalitha has no children or heirs, this property is in legal disputes.
It is rumoured that KCR wants to grab this valuable property for his family and that’s why planned sudden Tamil Nadu trip under the pretext of temple visit to seek Stalin’s help.
