Superstar Rajinikanth will soon team up with sensational director Lokesh Kanagaraj in his 171th film and the shoot commences next year. As per the ongoing buzz from the Bollywood media circles, Lokesh Kanagaraj approached Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan for a crucial role in the film. SRK loved the idea but he decided not to feature in any special role as he has done many in the recent years. Lokesh Kanagaraj then approached Ranveer Singh for the role and the talks are going on.

Ranveer Singh will take a call after he listens to the complete script. The shoot of this film will kick-start in April 2024 and the film releases in 2025. The team is keen to cast prominent actors from various industries for crucial roles. Sun Pictures are the producers and Anirudh Ravichander scores the music. Rajinikanth is currently shooting for TJ Gnanavel’s film that is scheduled for 2024 release.
