The unit of Nannaku Prematho were stunned after watching NTR dancing to his best despite running temperature and body pains. The final song shoot is progressing in Hyderabad at present. Both NTR and Rakul Preet Singh are dancing to Love Dhebba song and close sources to the unit revealed that NTR is dancing exceptionally well. It is learnt that he is not in the best of his health, but decided to shoot for the song to wrap the proceedings in time.
