Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th film is turning out to be quite a suspense thriller for the industry. Many names have floated around for the director’s job and every name has come with the tag of ‘Confirmed’.

In the last few weeks, two names have come out strongly. First, it was Krishna Vamsi with his Rythu Rajyam concept. News came out that Balayya agreed to make this the 100th film. A few days later, Krish Jagarlamudi’s name started doing the rounds for a period film where Balakrishna is reportedly going to be seen as a King of the Amaravati region.

Adding to the confusion, Balakrishna himself confirmed that both the films are going to be made. He just didn’t say which one would be the 100th one. Being a firm believer in astrology, Balakrishna is said to be waiting for the Amavasya (new moon) to pass before announcing his plans officially. Until then, both the directors have to bear the suspense just like all of us.
