A high level delegation, led by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu, is going to China on June 26, 2016 for a four day visit. The State government accorded an administrative sanction for the visit of a 13-member delegation to the neighbouring country on June 21,2016.
Apart from two Ministers-Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and Narayana, the government’s communication advisor Dr.Parakala Prabhakar will also tour with Naidu, officials said.
In April, 2015, Naidu led an official and business delegation to China and signed 29 agreements during a 6-day stay. Of them, 17 were Government-to-Business (G2B) MoUs and 12 were Business to-Business (B2B).
“There is great enthusiasm among Chinese companies to invest in Andhra Pradesh and India. We asked them to explore the investment opportunities. We have signed some MoUs. They will come here to discuss with government as well as private entrepreneurs. They will visit the field and wherever they are feasible they will (proceed),” Naidu said on his return. The latest visit is considered to be a follow-up exercise.
Naidu, who is engrossed in the construction of the new capital, is looking at China with a lot of hope.
During his previous visit, Naidu visited Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai and interacted with Vice Premier, Governors and Mayors in China.
