It’s festive time at the Akkineni household. With Akhil set to get engaged to Shriya Bhupal in December and Naga Chaitanya set to take the big plunge of marital bliss with Samantha sometime soon, everything seems to be settling well for Nagarjuna’s kids.

But what’s interesting here is that the would-be daughters-in-law are bonding big time with Amala Akkineni and with each other as well.

While Samantha and Shriya have known each other for a while and have collaborated professionally several times, with the actress endorsing the designer’s work on several occasions, this new family connection has brought them even closer.

As for Amala, we hear she’s really fond of Samantha and the duo are gelling over several of their common traits including acting in Tamil cinema. Apparently, their conversations go on for a long time and Samantha is leaving no stone unturned to ensure she is in the good books of the main lady of the house.

Here’s hoping this is going to be one happy family story we’ll all hear for several years to come.
