Nagarjuna – KRR’s Om Namo Venkatesaya has collected a distributor share of 61 lakhs on it’s 4th day and 5th combined in Telugu States. The total after 5 days now stands at 5.45 Cr. Theatrical rights of the movie are valued for 25 Cr and looking at the collections of the last 2 days, the buyers are likely to lose more than 70% of their investments. This has put an end to the Hatrick success streak of the hero. The result is as disastrous as the Nagarjuna’s Bhai which had released 3 and a half years back.
The verdict is same outside Telugu States. All the buyers will be incurring loses , the overseas distributor will be losing more than 80%. The movie has costed the overseas distributor an approximate of 5.5 Cr including all expenses and will collect a maximum share of 1 crore in full run.
Despite positive mouth talk initially, Om Namo Venkatesaya couldn’t be able to survive at Boxoffice, The result of the movie for the hero is on the lines of Kedi,Rajanna and Bhai which is a huge setback.
