It is now study time for the five-time Grand Slam winner but now disgraced Tennis star Maria Sharapova!
The 29-year-old most beautiful tennis star is going to study at the prestigious Harvard Business School in the fall, according to a tweet she posted on her official website.
The otherwise busy bee with practice sessions, advertisement shootings, humanitarian campaigns and vacations, Sharapova could find time after the International Tennis Federation (ITF) imposed a two-year ban on her after a positive test for the banned substance meldonium during January’s Australian Open.
She will be allowed to return to professional tennis only in January 2018. However, the Russian confessed to officials that she had taken meldonium since 2006 as a preventive measure for health reasons and appealing against the verdict in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), which may give its ruling by July 18.
At the peak of their career, another Tennis player Venus Williams completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Indiana University.
Not sure how this happened but Hey Harvard! Can't wait to start the program! 🎓📓 pic.twitter.com/EOoKYhaQli
