Padmashri Kamal Haasan’s most awaited and most delayed film Vishwaroopam 2 is all set to hit the screens post summer. The entire post-production work of the film has been wrapped up and Vishwaroopam 2 has been sent for censor scrutiny. The film has been passed with clean U certificate in Telugu and Tamil languages. But things did not go smooth with the Hindi version after Vishwaroopam 2 has been suggested 17 verbal cuts and has been awarded U/A certificate.
This is the not the first time, the Hindi Censor Board has been quite strict and the censor board authorities have been widely criticized once again. A source informed that the censor board suggested cuts that are in reference to terror outfits and politicians. Kamal Haasan himself directed Vishwaroopam 2 which discusses about global terrorism. Vishwaroopam 2 has been slated for July release this year.
