Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu raised his tone over the ongoing fight for AP Special Category Status. Amid the fallout between BJP and TDP leader, the AP CM has still remained tight-lipped. Though he made direct comments on YS Jagan during the inauguration of KIA Motors Frame Installation.
Speaking to the press in Amaravati, the AP CM said, ‘all the promises made during the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh in the Parliament, and the commitments in the AP Reorganization Act 2014, are the rights and privileges of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
It is the responsibility of the Centre to fulfil all the promises made to Andhra Pradesh. Because the Centre failed to stand by its promises, fulfil the commitments it made, I decided to fight against it.
I keep myself updated on everything so that I can serve the people in a better manner. This February 27th marks the 40 years of my political journey. In this journey, I had everything in my political career. We will live the dream of linking the 5 major rivers. Once it is a reality, the state would be free from drought! I shall continue my relentless fight for the state of Andhra Pradesh,’ concluded the CM.
