From the outside, it seems like everything is in place for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious pan-India film ‘Sye Raa’ but the shoot hasn’t commenced yet. Going by the latest buzz in film circles, the shoot, which is expected to commence next month, may get delayed further.
Recently, rumors emerged that the ‘Mozart of Madras’ and the Oscar award winning music director AR Rahman had walked out of the film. However, our trusted sources have ridiculed this news as a baseless rumor.
Afresh, speculations are rife that Ravi Varman, the ace cinematographer who had been on board to shoot this magnum opus, opted out of the film owing to some personal issues. A special set has been erected in Nanakramguda and shoot was about to commence. However, there will be further delay with his walkout. As the makers are hellbent on having only top class technicians on board, it would take them significant time to find a replacement for Ravi Varman.
