Jayanth Paranji on Pawan Kalyan
Jayanth Paranji, who made his debut as director with the movie “Preminchukundam raa”, gave couple of very good hit movies in his prime days. He got the tag of “sensible director” as he used to handle romantic and sensible scenes effectively. In a recent interview to a web channel he made controversial statements on Pawan Kalyan’s movie.
He directed Pawan Kalyan in the move “Teen Maar” that was remake of Hindi movie “Love Aaj kal” movie. It was produced by Bandla Ganesh. Jayanth now commented that he knew that movie would become flop beforehand and still directed the movie. He also told after “Teen Maar”, he felt he would never direct any remake movies. He also mentioned that he also directed remake movies like “Laxmi Narasimha ” with Bala Krishna and Shankar Dada MBBS with Chiranjeevi. But he could make some subtle changes to suit Telugu audience. But in case of Teen Maar, he had to remake it as is. But he didn’t reveal what or who compelled him to make the movie as is. It can be recalled that Trivikram penned for this movie and gave Telugu adaption.
