Over the last 20 years, the Telugu Desam Party has developed a full-fledged computerised database of its members and their details across the state. TDP chief and CM Chandrababu Naidu accuses Jaganmohan Reddy and KCR of stealing all that information only to misuse it in the coming Lok Sabha and assembly election in AP. Naidu said that the current master plan of KCR-Jagan is to get 8 lakh voters’ names deleted from voters’ lists and all these voters are members and sympathisers of the TDP.
Chandrababu said this was proof enough of how much frustrated Jagan and KCR are over the present hopeless situation of YCP in AP. Jagan is resorting to all kinds of cheap tactics considering the fact that his internal surveys have reported his party’s poor performance. As a result, the Opposition leader is taking the help of Telangana CM to get raids conducts on the offices of IT companies and to steal information from there.
While the TDP is making positive steps to develop IT in a big way, the YCP and the TRS are encouraging cyber crimes that will bring disrepute to the Telugu states. Chandrababu called upon the TDP leaders to remain on high alert. There are efforts being made by YCP activists to delete TDP voters’ names from voters lists under the bogus voters’ category.
