Highly talented actor Nani, who hit a purple patch with back to back successful films, is playing an assistant director in his upcoming film Majnu which is being directed by Virinchi Varma. Interestingly, he turns into a teetotaller after failing in his love, but refuses to feel sad. The first look poster which was revealed a few days ago evoked a stirring response from the audience.
According to the fresh update, the first teaser of the film will be unveiled online tomorrow afternoon and also the teaser will be attached with Venky’s Babu Bangaram. Majnu teaser will be screened during the intermission of Babu Bangaram in all areas of its release. Tipped to be a slice of life drama, Majnu features Anu Emanuel and Priya Shri as the heroines. Gopi Sundar is scoring the tunes and Anandi Arts banner is the production house behind this film.
The shooting is on the verge of completion and the film is slated for September release.
