Ram Pothineni has high hopes on his upcoming film Double iSmart which is directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film is an action packed mass entertainer and is in the final stages of the shoot. The climax portion of Double iSmart was shot recently in Mumbai and a massive set worth Rs 7.5 crores was specially constructed for the shoot. The fight was canned for 12 days in the presence of hundreds of fighters and juniors on Ram and Sanjay Dutt. Puri Jagannadh generally doesn’t spend so much on the sets and the action episodes.
He prefers real locations rather than sets. But for the first time, he changed plans for Double iSmart. Kavya Thapar is playing the heroine and Manisharma is scoring the music and background score. Puri Connects is producing Double iSmart and this pan-Indian attempt will release in summer.
