Telugu360.com has earlier reported (on July 2) that Naveen Chandra has green-lit ‘Adda’ director G Sai Karthik’s next, a romantic thriller which will tackle film piracy. And now the latest we hear about the suave actor is that he has also signed Nagarjuna and Nani-starrer untitled film, directed by Sriram Aditya of ‘Bhale Manchi Roju’ fame.

“He is playing a gangster like Nagarjuna in the film. It has negative shades but as the film culminates, it turns into a positive role. He had participated in the shoot for three days already and shot with Nag and Avasarala Srinivas. In fact, he is gung-ho about shooting with dreamboat Nag,” said a source close to the production house Vyjayanthi Movies. The source further added that he is required for some more days later in the month.

Another source pointed out that besides the aforementioned two films, Naveen has signed only ‘Aravinda Sametha Raghava’ and ‘Geethanjali 2’. “Contrary to some reports, he isn’t a part of Boyapati Sreenu’s film with Ram Charan,” the source pointed out and added that he’d begin shooting for ‘Geethanjali 2’ next month.
