Nenu Local Boxffice

Continuing his rich vein of form with back to back hits, talented actor Nani has bagged one more decent hit with his latest offering, Nenu Local which released last week. The commercial entertainer, despite having a regular template, has cut across the younger generation very well and registered strong numbers in its first weekend. The strong word of mouth has helped the film hold its pace on weekdays too.

Despite the release of two biggies, Singam 3 and Om Namo Venkateshaya, Nenu Local is having a solid second week in all areas. The advance bookings are very promising for this weekend and trade circles are hoping that the film will enter the profit zone by the end of Sunday. Nani’s entertaining act and Devi Sri Prasad’s youthful album worked big-time in turning the film into a decent hit despite a routine storyline.

In overseas, Nenu Local is inching towards the one million mark. Directed by Trinadh Rao, the film has Keerthi Suresh as the female lead. Dil Raju is the producer.
