Young hero Sharwanand , Anupama Parameswaran starrer Sathamanam Bhavati , a production of Dil Raju, which was released on Jan 12th 2017, became a good hit at the Overseas Box-office. Despite being released simultaneously with super grossers Khaidi No.150, Gautamiputra Satakarni , this film was able to perform well which is a remarkable thing.

Sathamanam Bhavati had collected a cool $ 795,000 gross from 96 locations with a $412,000 [2.80 Crores INR] distributor share. From Non-USA countries, this film had fetched another 20 lakhs INR, to make it a total overseas distributor share of 3 Crores.

Profit – Loss Calculation: After expenses deduction, USA share is $350,000 i.e. 2.38 Cr INR, including non-USA countries [20 lakhs] total overseas share of Sathamanam Bhavati is 2 Cr 58 Lakhs INR. As the distribution rights were sold at a ratio of 2.5 crores, this film had earned around 10 lakhs profit only. Thus, as the distribution rights were sold at higher rate, Sathamanam Bhavati – a high grossing film had ended up without much profits.
