Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan is busy doing state tour as well as building his party. Recently former assembly speaker Nadendla Manohar joined the party. Now as per reports, Pawan Kalyan gave enough signals during party meeting that Lingamaneni Ramesh, former chairman of Air Costa, will contest as Janasena MP candidate from Vijayawada.
Lingamaneni Ramesh’s name and Lingamaneni group’s name were linked with Pawan Kalyan couple of times earlier. He was the one who made all the arrangements for Pawan Kalyan when he visited for the temple inauguration near Acharya Nagarjuna University.

The temple was constructed by Lingamaneni and he invited both Chandra Babu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan for that event. Lingamaneni’s name was also heard when Pawan got royal treatment during one of his visits to Vijayawada as all the arrangements were made by him. Even when Pawan Kalyan purchased the 2.07 acres of land in Guntur district for party office, there were allegations that Lingamaneni group helped Pawan to get the land at throwaway prices. The airline commenced operations in October 2013 but suspended the same in February 2017.
Pawan Kalyan recently held a party meeting at his new office building in Vijayawada, which is very close to Lingamaneni’s commercial complex. As per reports, Pawan gave enough hints to party leaders during that meeting about Lingamaneni contesting as Janasena MP candidate from Vijayawada. If he contests from this constituency, he will have to fight election battle with Kesineni, sitting MP from TDP. Also, there are rumors that businessman and tollywood producer PVP may contest from YSRCP from this constituency.
We will have to wait and see how true are these rumors.
