Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy introduced political strategist Prashanth Kishor at plenary session to boost the morale of the cadre. However, the strategist and the YSRCP supermo are purportedly not on same terms already. One of the very first advices by Prashanth to Jagan is to change a lot of sitting MLAs.
Change is noticeably hard-hitting at first and politics is not always a number game. Prashanth being a numbers person will hardly bother about satisfying leaders unless figures add up. On the contrary, politicians try to avoid discontentment in the party cadre. One such name which is doing rounds is of Kodur MLA Koramutla Srinivasulu who might have to forgo his seat in the upcoming elections.
Recently a leading daily published that around 20-30MLAs will not be given ticket in the upcoming elections. While I-Pac denied giving such advises, there will undeniably be a substantial difference in the leaders who will be blessed with the tickets.
Jagan in his initial conversations allegedly noted that, while Prashanth’s suggestions will be reflected upon but the final call will be taken by the YSRCP supremo himself.
