Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger expressed his interest in acting under Shankar’s direction during the auido function of director’s last release ”I”. Considering Arnold suitable for “Enthiran 2”, Robo 2 in Telugu, Shankar along with the producers are making negotiations with the Terminator star.
According to sources, Arnold has been offered a whopping Rs. 100 crore for his role. Filmmakers will perform a trial test on Arnold in Los Angeles. If everything goes well, he will be playing antagonist in the sequel to 2010 blockbuster “Robo”.
Shankar has already finalised Amy Jackson as the leading lady.
Produced by Lyca International on a lavish budget, the film will be shot in 3D and will have music by A. R. Rahman. The film is expected to go on floors in the beginning of 2016.
