Nara Rohit’s ‘Tuntari’ opened to weak reviews and poor word of mouth today. The movie is an official remake of the Tamil film Maan Karaate, which did well in Tamil Nadu.
The film’s script was provided by the famous director, Murugadoss. Because of the original film’s success and the reputation of the director who scripted it, Nara Rohit had very high hopes on the film.
But today’s result reportedly upset Rohith. Most people who have seen the film say that Rohit’s body language and personality were out of sync with the character he played. These comments have apparently caused more angst.
The film is going to be a setback for Rohit and director Kumar Nagendra. Interestingly, Rohit is going to have another release in two weeks time with ‘Savitri’.
