Tollywood filmmaker Sharat Marar has been keen on producing films through his North Star Entertainments banner. He recently dubbed Vijay’s Mersal in Telugu and the film has been doing decent business at the box-office. The latest news we hear is that Sharat Marar managed to acquire the Telugu remake rights of Nayanthara’s recent film Aramm which has been creating sensation across Tamil Nadu. Gopi Nainar directed the film and Nayanthara played a Collector in the film.
Aramm is a smashing hit in Tamil and Sharat Marar is yet to take a call about the cast and crew. Though the price of the remake rights have not been disclosed, sources revealed that Sharat Marar acquired the rights for a decent price amidst huge competition. More details about the Telugu version will be out soon.
