Elections are hardly couple of months away and not many senior leaders are joining janasena party yet. With this, the debates started among the people that whether the senior leaders of the party are not at all considering joining Janasena party. However, as per the reports coming from janasena, there is a specific reason for Pawan Kalyan not preferring these experienced leaders into Janasena, despite them showing interest to join into janasena.
Recently MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan told that, Pawan Kalyan did not invite him into the party despite the fact that he met Pawan four times. So, it seems, not only Amanchi Krishna Mohan but even many other leaders also willing to join janasena but Pawan Kalyan is not giving them green signal. As per the reports coming from Janasena, it is the PRP experience that is the reason behind this. During PRP, as Pawan revealed in a party meeting, almost 40 senior and experienced leaders joined PRP but all of them lost the elections. Very senior leaders like Devender Goud, Kotagiri Vidyadhara Rao, Kala Venkata Rao, who had worked as ministers earlier contested from PRP but lost the 2009 elections.
However most of the leaders who won from PRP as MLAs like Vanga Geetha, Anil, Kanna Babu are either first timers or not very senior leaders. In fact leaders like vanga Geetha defeated very senior leaders like Mudragada Padmanabham. So, Pawan Kalyan is of opinion that these new leaders work even harder than those senior leaders – who most of the times try to dominate the party leadership and also expect many tickets for their family members and relatives.
So, Pawan Kalyan is planning to field mostly young leaders and new leaders on janasena ticket in 2019 elections. We will have to wait and see how good results this strategy will bring.
