Two films have been announced on the life story of Stuartpuram thief Tiger Nageswara Rao. The first one was titled Stuartpuram Donga and it features Bellamkonda Sreenivas in the lead role. KS is the director and Bellamkonda Suresh is on the board as the producer. Soon, Ravi Teja announced Tiger Nageswara Rao and it will be directed by Vamsee. Abhishek Agarwal is the producer of this biopic. The film’s director Vamsee claims that he worked on the script for four years after he met the family members of Tiger Nageswara Rao. He also said that they acquired all the permissions to make a film on the life story of Tiger Nageswara Rao from his family members.
On the flipside, Bellamkonda Suresh says that he has the right to make a film on Tiger Nageswara Rao. “Anyone can make a film on a personality who is in the public domain” told Bellamkonda. Abhishek Agarwal said that they have approached Bellamkonda Suresh to reconsider his decision but they haven’t heard anything from him. The announced biopics on Tiger Nageswara Rao’s life story will soon trigger a legal battle for sure. For now, both the teams are gearing up to shoo their respective films.
